The drive can start as often as we like, Speed can be also changed from 10% to 200% of 1400RPM, Run the motor to 100Hz for 2800RPM at constant power from 1400RPM. Use a final drive ratio that gives you the highest motor speed for the job on the lathe, then when reducing the speed there will be more torque available.  it also allows in step-less variable speed to maintain the tool contact velocity for the diameter and for keeping a good finishing.

The motor is supplied in a robust, rugged cast iron frame with integral feet. On Request, we can supply a motor in the aluminum body up to 100 L frame.

All standard Three Phase Motors are continuously rated to comply with performance standards.

The motor has Ip-44 Protection as defined in IS: 4691. Motors can be supplied with IP -54 and IP-55 on request.

The rotor is of high-pressure aluminum die-cast. Every rotor dynamically balanced. It makes motor low amplitudes of Vibration & Noise.

Bearings are adequately lubricated with lithium-based high temp up to 150 deg. All the motors are supplied with C3 ball bearing & fully charged with lithium base grease at the time of assembly.
