Frame:

The Crown column and Bottom are mild steel fabricated construction. The table is vertically operated by worm winch and it rest on load pin placed in holes in a column at required height. Rollers are provided with the table for easy handling of heavy jobs.
Cylinder:

The Hydraulic Cylinder & Ram are made from mild steel. Neoprene rubber pressure seal is mounted at a bottom of ram. The socket is provided to facilitate attachment of dies with ram.

Hand Pump:

Double plunger pump gives quick ram travel by the low-pressure plunger and slow speed develops with a high-pressure plunger.
Power Pack & Valve:

The Suitable hydraulic power pack provided with the unit includes either Gear Pump. Vane pump or plunger pump graven by an electric motor of a required brand, control valves, connecting hoses & pipes etc.

Our power pack is a combination of different control, regulatory & sensing devices, which are manufactured by well-known companies like Rexroth, Vickers, yuken, polyhedron, hydro line etc.

Our power pack is build up with following features:

  • Complete Hydraulic System is fluid a combination of different operating devices.
  • Electric Motor used are totally enclosed fan cooled type.
  • We are using pumps as per customer’s requirements. Types of pumps are like as Vane, Gear, Axial piston OR
  • Radial Piston type depending on the requirement.
  • We are using manifold valving system by reducing largely piping involved so that maintenance and service will be easier.
  • Various valves are used like flow control, pressure regulation, direction control, and throttle etc. Control panel is provided with electric circuit diagram.
