FREE DELIVERY Free delivery is available across 40 major cities in India.
REMOTE AREAS For certain remote/deep regions, BANKA reserves the right to revise the delivery policy or applicable charges.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE BANKA takes 100% responsibility for transportation damage. Customers are required to provide Photos/Videos of the damaged parts for necessary action.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT Customer cooperation may be required for delivery to certain remote locations.
LOCAL CHARGES Any applicable local taxes, entry charges, or other local expenses shall be payable by the customer.

Right to Return

15-DAY RETURN POLICY from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

FULL REFUND Refund will be processed within 5 working days after the returned machine reaches our premises in proper condition.
REVERSE TRANSPORT Reverse transportation charges will be borne by BANKA only in genuine cases where the customer does not require the machine and the machine is not suitable for the customer's intended application.
LOADING CHARGES Customer needs to pay only the loading charges for returning the machine.
PACKING The machine must be packed strictly as per BANKA packing guidelines and packing list.

MAINTENANCE SUPPORT Assistance for machine maintenance, spare parts, and performance-related requirements.
