“I am Executive Director of Apex Shears Pvt. Ltd.  As per our requirement of Lathe Machine, we have inquired to BANKA Machine. After some discussion and inquiry, We have decided to purchase BANKA Machine.

We have ordered BANKA 43-1500 Machine on 14/6/2014. After some days We have received machine on our floor. The machine was very good. Machine installation done by BANKA was also very good.

 

When We start to work on a machine, we can’t. Because we have selected BANKA 43 instead of they have suggested BANKA 50 & 60. As per our job length and capacity, We should need to select BANKA 50 OR BANK 60. But we have selected BANKA 43. So that we could not work on it.

 

Same thing we have discussed with BANKA. We have decided to return the machine. As per terms and conditions of BANKA, they take my machine return and deposited my 100% payment in my bank account. Even BANKA also have bear reverse transport charge to transit machine from our floor to their factory.
I really like and appreciate their return policy because no any supplier takes a machine in return.  It’s only BANKA who takes a big risk to take a machine return to fulfill their commitment. Some people have already put their review on social media and shared their experience.”
